RCMP are investigating after a 35-year-old male was run over by a pickup truck on Highway 10 just outside Flin Flon.
The incident happened just before 10:00 pm on Monday night, March 11, 2019.
Police say the 59-year-old driver of the pickup was travelling southbound on Highway 10 when the vehicle struck a 35-year-old male who was lying on the highway.
The driver immediately stopped and flagged down another vehicle asking them to contact emergency services.
The male on the highway was taken to a local hospital in critical condition then transported to a Winnipeg hospital where he is now in stable condition.
RCMP are continuing to investigate.
