A pedestrian was taken to hospital in critical condition after being hit by a vehicle on Lakewood Boulevard between Vermillion Road and Fermor Avenue.
The collision happened around 8:00 am Thursday morning, January 4, 2018.

Police had the road closed for just over an hour as they investigated the incident.
The pedestrian has been upgraded to stable condition
The investigation is continuing.
