Police could not say if weather played a factor in a collision between a car and a pedestrian Thursday morning or if charges will be laid against the driver of the vehicle.
On Thursday morning, October 26, 2017, a female was struck in the intersection of Arlington Street and Sargent Avenue. Paramedics took the woman to hospital in stable condition.
