Winnipeg Police had sections of McPhillips street closed as well as westbound Jarvis Avenue after a vehicle collided with a pedestrian Tuesday afternoon, August 27, 2019.
It happened just after 2:30 pm.
One person was transported to hospital in unstable condition.
