Winnipeg Police have confirmed that the 20-year-old female who was struck by a vehicle at Simcoe Street and Sargent Avenue has died from her injuries.
The woman was crossing Sargent Avenue on July 31, 2019, when she was hit by a westbound driver. The victim suffered critical injuries and was taken to hospital.
The 89-year-old driver was arrested at the scene and may face charges pending the outcome of the investigation,
