The City of Winnipeg has finally joined virtually every other major utility in Canada by allowing people who have a water account to manage it online.
“My Utility Bill” is the online portal that the city says will allow it’s customers to:
- View City of Winnipeg utility bills online
- Submit meter readings
- Sign-up for pre-authorized payments
- View current utility bill rates
- View their household water consumption history
- Sign up for paperless billing
- View details for multiple accounts
The new website can be accessed in the link below and will finally allow Water customers to go paperless. It is accessible on any device that has internet access.
To sign up you will need a valid email address, your water utility account number and the water meter number.
