RCMP are investigating a stabbing at the Prairie Mountain High School in Somerset. Somerst is located about 150 kilometres southwest of Winnipeg.
Police say that two 15-year-old males were fighting when one of the boys was stabbed by the other. The injured teen was airlifted by STARS to hospital in Winnipeg. He is currently in stable condition.
Police arrested the other male who is facing charges for his alleged involvement for Aggravated Assault. He was detained in custody.
RCMP continue to investigate.
