Winnipeg Police are investigating after two men were assaulted at the Forks on July 2, 2020.
According to police one male was shot and a second male was stabbed near the “Winnipeg” sign at the forks just after midnight. Both victims were able to make their way to the Forks Market building to seek help.

Paramedics transported both males to hospital in unstable condition.
The Winnipeg Police Service Major Crimes Unit is continuing to investigate. Anyone with information that can help investigators is asked to call 204-986-6219 or Crime Stoppers at 204-786-TIPS (8477).
