Firefighters responded to a fire in a Marlene Street townhouse around 2:24 pm Saturday afternoon, June 20, 2020.
Crews launched an offensive attack when they arrived on scene and the fire was declared under control by 2:41 pm.
Everyone in the townhouse were able to get themselves out before emergency crews arrived on scene. One person was taken to hospital in unstable condition.
The cause of the fire is under investigation.
