Winnipeg Police are investigating a hit-and-run collision between a cyclist and a vehicle that happened just after 10:30 pm on Sargent Avenue near Balmoral Street.

A witness tells News 4 that a truck hit the cyclist and continued on without stopping.
One person was transported to hospital in unknown condition.
