Winnipeg Fire Paramedic Service were called to a fire in a mobile home on Main Street late Sunday night, January 10, 2021.
Flames and heavy smoke were seen coming from the home as emergency crews arrived on the scene. Firefighters launched a defensive attack and had the blaze under control by 12: 24 am
The people inside the home were able to get themselves out but three cats could not be located. One person was taken to hospital in stable condition.
Two nearby home were evacuated as a precaution.
The cause of the fire is currently under investigation.
