One person injured in collision with SUV on Main Street

Winnipeg Fire Paramedic Service responded to a vehicle collision on southbound Main Street at Market Avenue at about 7:11 pm on Saturday evening, July 16, 2022.

One person was transported to hospital in unknown condition after they appeared to have been hit by an SUV.

Winnipeg Police Service Traffic Division cordoned off the southbound lanes of Main Street in front of City Hall until investigators and members of the Forensics Unit completed their investigation at the scene.

News 4 reached out to Winnipeg Police Service for more information about the collision and the condition of the victim but they said they were unable to provide any details.
