Winnipeg Fire Paramedic Service responded to an expanded single-vehicle traffic collision on Churchill Drive early Sunday morning, April 9, 2023.
When crews arrived on the scene they found an SUV on the boulevard that had flipped onto its roof.
According to officials one person had to be extricated from the vehicle before being taken to hospital in unknown condition.
Bystanders tell News 4 that the person’s arm was trapped by the vehicle and sustained significant injuries.
The cause of the collision is under investigation.
