An early morning shooting on Wednesday, February 9, 2022, turned deadly after one adult male died from his injuries.

Winnipeg Police Service says that officers responded to the 200 block of Garry Street and located an injured adult male. Police initiated emergency medical care and the victim was taken to hospital in stable condition.

A second adult male was dropped of at a hospital in critical condition but soon died from his injuries.
