Winnipeg Fire Paramedic Service responded to reports that a car had crashed into a lighting pole shortly before 10:00 pm on on Saturday, September 7, 2024.
The single vehicle crash happened just west of Main Street on Anderson Avenue.

The driver of the vehicle appeared uninjured but a female passenger suffered injuries to her lower body. She was taken to hospital in stable condition.
It is not know what caused the collision however speed appears to have played a factor based on the damage to the vehicle.
