One man is dead and one woman is in serious condition in hospital after the vehicle they were in rolled over and collided with a tree.
It happened early Sunday morning just before 2:00 am on Road 332 in Rosenfeld about 100 kilometres southwest of Winnipeg.
Police say the 47-year-old male driver lost control of the vehicle. The 47-year-old female passenger, who was seriously hurt was able to walk to a nearby home and seek help. She was taken to hospital.
The male driver was pronounced dead at the scene.

Investigators say that neither of the people in the vehicle was wearing a seatbelt. Alcohol and speed have not been ruled out as possible factors in the collision.
