UPDATED
Winnipeg Police Service Homicide Unit are investigating the killing of an adult female around 3:15 am on July 1, 2020.
According to police an adult male and an adult female were walking in the 400 block of Flora Avenue when they were both shot.
Although the male was critically injured in the shooting he was able to make his way to a nearby convenience store for help.

Officers responded to the area and found the female lying on the roadway dead. The male was taken to hospital in critical condition.
Investigators have identified the victim as 27-year-old Danielle Dawn Cote, from Winnipeg.
