RCMP from Morris responded to an early morning single-vehicle collision on Sunday, May 31, 2020.
Police say that around 5:35 am a vehicle being driven by a 21-year-old female from Morris was northbound on Provincial Road 200 when it lost control, went into a ditch and rolled.
The driver was pronounced dead at the scene. The 23-year-old male passenger from Winnipeg was taken to hospital with serious injuries that are not considered life-threatening.
RCMP have bought in a forensic collision deconstructionist a the investigation continues.
