RCMP are investigating a fatal collision on Highway 16 near Highway 10 early Sunday morning, December 4, 2022.
Police say the collision happened around 12:15 am and their investigation determined that a westbound vehicle crossed the centre line and collided with an eastbound semi-truck.
The 19-year-old driver of the westbound vehicle from the RM of North Cypress-Langford was pronounced dead at the scene. He was not wearing his seat belt.
The 39-year-old driver of the semi suffered minor injuries and was treated at the scene.
