RCMP are investigating a two-vehicle collision on Highway 6 that claimed the life of a 21-year-old female on February 12, 2020.
Police say they were called to the scene around 10:15 pm when a car with five people inside failed to stop at a stop sign at Highway 6 and Highway 68. The car travelling eastbound on Highway 68 entered the intersection and collided with a northbound SUV on Highway 6.
The five people in the car and the two people in the SUV were taken to hospital.
Investigators say that the deceased female was from Dauphin and was in the car at the time of the collision. She pronounced dead at the hospital
Police are continuing to investigate.
