RCMP say that a 71-year-old Winnipeg man is dead after the motorcycle he was driving collided with an SUV.
Police asat that around 11:05 Wednesday morning, August 19, 2020, an SUV being driven by an 88-year-old male was turning left off of McGillvray Boulevard onto Loudoun Road when the motorcycle collided with it.
The driver of the motorcycle was thrown from the bike. He was pronounced dead at the scene. Police say he was wearing a helmet at the time of the collision.
No other injuries were reported.
Police continue to investigate.
