Winnipeg Police Service is investigating an assault that happened early Saturday evening, June 26, 2021.
Officers from the Forensics Unit were on scene gathering evidence and photographing a blood trail that stretched along Hargrave Street from Portage Avenue to Ellice Avenue.
According to police two men were involved in a dispute that escalated to one of the men being assaulted. The man was taken to hospital in unstable condition.
No arrests have been made.
