A proposed cell tower at Niagara and Grosvenor in River Heights have a number of residents upset.
19 homes in an area around the proposed site were sent letters from Evolve Surface Strategies Inc. outlining the project. The tower would be 18 metres tall and would be built for MTS and located on their property.

Neighbour Abigail Mickelthwate is concerned over health issues the cell signals may cause her family and is accusing MTS of being sneaky in the way they are informing area residents.
A meeting to discuss the project is being held Wednesday June 1 at Corydon Community Centre on Grosvenor beginning at 6pm.
