Winnipeg Fire Paramedic Service responded to a house fire early Saturday morning in Point Douglas
When firefighters arrived they saw heavy smoke coming from the building in the 100 block of Stephens Street.
Fire crews made an offensive attack and were able to knock down the fire within an hour.
Everyone inside the residence were able to get out before the fire service arrived.
No one was injured during the incident.
The house suffered fire, smoke and water damage and is under investigation.
