No one hurt in Beverley Street fire, cause under investigation

Just before 11:30 pm firefighters responded to a call about a working fire in the 300 block of Beverley Street.

As crews arrived they found a well-involved fire in a two-storey house. Heavy smoke and flames were coming from the building. A defensive attack was launched but it transitioned to an offensive attack once some of the fire had been knocked down.
