Winnipeg police have arrested a 16 year old male after two fires were set in St. James. The fires in a seniors complex under construction on Sinawik Bay were quickly put out and did not cause significant damage. The suspect remains in custody as the arson unit continues to investigate.

Police say that at this time it is too early to know if these recent fires are related in any way to the fires set earlier in the weekend on Maryland or Chestnut.
