A warrant has been issued for the arrest of a 53-year-old male in connection to the May 4, 2022 murder of 39-year-old Scott Matthew Catcheway.
Catcheway had been seriously assaulted outside a Young Street residence and did not survive his injuries.
Investigators identified Neigel Ryan Noel as a suspect. He is wanted for Second Degree Murder. Police believe he has left Manitoba and may be in the Thunder Bay area.
Noel is 5’9″ tall with a heavy build. He has tattoos on his chest ” VENI VIDI VICI” and also on his right arm “CREAM”
Police say that if you spot Noel do not approach him as he may be armed.
