Winnipeg Police have arrested and charged 53-year-old Neigel Ryan Noel for the murder of 39-year-old Scott Matthew Catcheway on May 4, 2022.
Noel was located in Toronto, Ontario, where he fled after shooting Catcheway at a Young Street residence.
Officers travelled to Toronto to make the arrest.
Noel has been charged for his alleged involvement with Second Degree Murder, Possession of a Firearm Knowing its Possession is Unauthorized and Possession of a Firearm Contrary to Prohibition Order.
He was detained in custody.
