Homicide detectives from the Winnipeg Police Service have arrested and charged a 20-year-old male in connection to the murder of Norma Andrews on September 21, 2019.
Andrews, aged 28, was found in a home on Balmoral Street after police received a report of an injured female.
Investigators located the suspect on Thursday, October 3, 2019.
Jesse Jordon Gamblin has been charged with Second Degree Murder for his alleged involvement.
He was detained in custody.
