Winnipeg police have arrested 25-year-old Randy Blake Flett in connection to the murder of Damion Wayne Skrumeda on September 13, 2023, in the 600 block of Mulvey Avenue.
Flett was driving a stolen vehicle near Princess Street and Pacific Avenue when police spotted the vehicle and pulled it over. The driver fled but was quickly captured. When officers identified Flett they arrested him on the outstanding warrant for Second Degree Murder.
Flett and a second suspect Jerrin MacIntyre had been want by police since shortly after the murder.
MacIntyre is still wanted for his alleged involvement and is considered armed and dangerous. He is described as 5’9” tall and approximately 135 lbs.
