Murder suspect found hiding out in British Columbia

After months on the run, a suspect wanted on a Canada-wide arrest warrant for the killing of 31-year-old Cody Alexander Sleigh was arrested by RCMP in Vancouver, BC.

Dyllan Petrin was identified as the second suspect in Sleigh’s murder. The victim had been shot in the early morning of July 21, 2020, on Main Street. He was taken to hospital in critical condition and died two days later.

19-year-old Petrin was the subject of the Canada-wide warrant for First Degree Murder issued on October 1 after another suspect, 32-year-old Kleon Cassidy Pop, had been arrested and charged in early September.
