Winnipeg Police have charged a 37-year-old male in connection to the murder of Ifa Germosa.
On August 16, 2021, the suspect and victim were involved in an argument inside a Higgins Avenue business. When Germosa left the establishment he was followed outside and seriously assaulted with a weapon. He died the next day in hospital.
Norman Richard Pruden was originally arrested on August 17, for Aggravated Assault but those charges were upgraded following Germosa’s death. He is now facing charges of Second Degree Murder for his alleged involvement.
