Winnipeg Police have laid Second Degree Murder charges in the stabbing death of 19-year-old Binesi Kennedy that happened on January 10, 2024.
According to police investigators charged 46-year-old Anna Marie Hanska with the death of the victim.
The suspect and victim were not known to each other before the fatal incident.
Hanska was detained in custody.
