Winnipeg Police say that more arrests have been made in the killings of Carl George Wescoupe and Lee James Boulette.
Wescoupe was found dead on January 29, 2023, at a hotel in the 600 block of Main Street. Boulette was found dead on February 1, 2023, in a residence in the 100 block of Selkirk Avenue.
Investigators determined that both deaths were linked and they identified several suspects.
On February 6, 2023, police charged three suspects in connection to the deaths.
Three additional suspects have been arrested and charged
Jordan Elvin McFadyen, 27, has been charged with for his alleged involvement with two counts of First Degree Murder and two counts of Aggravated Assault
Rory Shane Nash, 39 has been charged for his alleged involvement with two counts of First Degree Murder and two counts of Aggravated Assault
Eyan Douglas Ballantyne, 33, has been charged for his alleged involvement in the death of Wescoupe with Manslaughter and Aggravated Assault
All six accused have been detained in custody.
