LOCATED – – Winnipeg Police reported on May 14, 2021 that Valencia has been safely located.
The Winnipeg Police Service is requesting the public’s assistance in locating a 12-year-old female, Valencia Constant.
Constant was last seen in the West End of the city on May 9th, 2021.
Constant is described as female, 5’1’’ in height, 100 lbs, thin build, shoulder-length brown hair and brown eyes.
The Winnipeg Police Service is concerned for Constant’s well-being and is asking anyone with any information regarding his whereabouts to contact the Winnipeg Police Service Missing Persons Unit at 204-986-6250.
