Winnipeg Police are asking for the publics help in locating 11 year old Marshall McKelvey.
McKelvey went missing from the north end of Winnipeg on Wednesday November 9, 2016
He is described as four-foot-two, weighs approximately 70 pounds, has very short black hair. Police believe he is wearing a grey sweater with orange stripes on the shoulder, grey sweat pants and white runners.
