Headingley RCMP search for missing 15-year-old female
Headingley RCMP is seeking the public’s assistance in locating 15-year-old Victoria Harlow, who was last seen yesterday at 3:30 pm, at a high school on Rouge Road in Winnipeg.
Police are concerned for her safety.
She is described as 5’5″, 181lbs, with brown eyes, and short dyed red hair. She was last seen wearing dark coloured leggings, and a dark green jacket.
