LOCATED – – – Winnipeg Police reported on Sunday, November 29, 2020, that Van Chanh Tran has been safely located.
The Winnipeg Police Service is requesting the public’s assistance in locating a missing 23-year-old male, Van Chanh Tran. Tran was last seen in the Osborne Village area on the evening of November 24, 2020, by friends.
Tran is described as Vietnamese, 5’5 – 5’6”, very thin build, black short hair. No clothing description available.
The Winnipeg Police Service is concerned about Tran’s well-being and is asking anyone with any information regarding his whereabouts to contact the Winnipeg Police Service Missing Persons Unit at 204-986-6250.
