On April 26, 2019, at 10:30 pm, Selkirk RCMP received a report of a missing 25-year-old female from an address located on Manitoba Avenue in the City of Selkirk. Troy Chenelle Roulette has had intermittent contact with friends and family since then but has not been seen since April 26. Troy is believed to be in the City of Winnipeg or in the Ste. Anne area.
Troy Chenelle Roulette is described as 5’7”, 240 pounds, with brown eyes and short black hair with blonde highlights. She was last seen wearing a red shirt and camouflaged colored jacket. She wears glasses and has a tattoo of a rose on her hand.
