The Winnipeg Police Service is requesting the public’s assistance in locating the following 17-year-old female:Tara Michell. She was last seen in the Burrows-Keewatin area of Winnipeg on Thursday, September 15, 2016.

Michell is described as Aboriginal with light skin, 5’5” in height, approximately 140 pounds, medium build, with long purple-dyed hair and brown eyes.  She was last seen wearing black tights, black shirt and sandals.
