Winnipeg police have safely located a 17 year old Tara Ferland who had been missing since Monday afternoon.
Police posted the notice she had been found on social media Friday morning giving no details.

Police had issued a request to help find the missing teen on Thursday. At the time they believed that she may be travelling to Toronto
