RCMP say missing woman could be in Winnipeg

RCMP report that Megan has been safely located

On July 12, 2018, the Elphinstone RCMP received a report of a missing 24-year-old female from the Keeseekoowenin Ojibway First Nation.

Megan SPORTAK, last spoke to her family on July 5, 2018. Further investigation has determined that Megan was reported to be in Winnipeg on July 7, 2018. Since that date however, there has been no contact between Megan and her family or friends.

Megan is described as Indigenous, 5’3″, approx. 125 pounds, with brown eyes and short brown hair.

Anyone with information about Megan is asked to call the Elphinstone RCMP at 204-625-2090, or call Crime Stoppers anonymously at 1-800-222-8477, submit a secure tip online at www.manitobacrimestoppers.com or text “TIPMAN” plus your message to CRIMES (274637).
