The Winnipeg Police Service is requesting the public’s assistance in locating an 85 year old female, Maria Machel. 

Machel was last seen on Friday, September 23, 2016 at approximately 10:00 a.m. at the Grant Park Shopping Centre in Winnipeg, located at 1120 Grant Avenue.

She was operating a tan coloured, 2011 VW Tiguan, Mb. Plate #FZK631. The vehicle photo below is not the actual vehicle.

Rachel is described as an 85 year old Caucasian female, 5’6″ tall, heavy build and shoulder length white curly hair. She was last observed wearing a light blue long coat, black dress and a white blouse.
   

A report has been received that Machel may have been observed in the Emerson – Franklin, Manitoba Area, approximately 15 kilometres north of the US border.

The Winnipeg Police Service is requesting anyone with information regarding Machel’s whereabouts to contact the Winnipeg Police Service Missing Persons Unit at 204-986-6250 or 204-986-6222.
