RCMP report that Shantel has been safely located

On March 21, 2018, Portage la Prairie RCMP were advised that Shantel Marie Rose, 23, was missing from the Portage area. She was last seen on Cochrane Street around 3:30 am on March 21.
Shantel is described as Indigenous, 5’7” tall and 160 pounds. She has long black hair and brown eyes.
Police are very concerned for Shantel’s well-being and are asking anyone with information to contact Portage RCMP at 204-857-4445 or call Manitoba Crime Stoppers anonymously at 1-800-222-8477, submit a secure tip online at www.manitobacrimestoppers.com or text “TIPMAN” plus your message to CRIMES (274637).
