The Winnipeg Police Service is requesting the public’s assistance in locating a missing 78-year-old male.
Richard Carpenter was last seen on Thursday, September 17th, 2020, and is believed to have travelled to southeast Manitoba.
Carpenter may be driving a 2005 silver Honda CRV with no or unknown license plates.
Carpenter is described as Caucasian, 5’10, heavy build, with short grey hair, and uses a cane. He was last seen wearing a grey coat, blue shirt, dark brown pants, and black shoes.
Police are concerned for Carpenter’s well-being and are asking anyone with information regarding his whereabouts to contact the Winnipeg Police Service Missing Persons Unit at 986-6250.
