The Winnipeg Police Service is requesting the public’s assistance in locating a missing 46-year-old male, Romil Rialubin.

He was last seen during the morning of Thursday, July 5, 2018 in the downtown area of Winnipeg.

Rialubin is described as Filipino in appearance, 6’’1″” in height with a thin build and short black hair. He was last seen wearing a hospital gown, a black knee brace and a cast on his left wrist.

Police are concerned for Rialubin’s well-being and are asking anyone with information regarding his whereabouts to contact the Winnipeg Police Service’s Missing Persons Unit at 204-986-6250.
