– – – Winnipeg Police reported on April 7, 2020, that Omar has been safely located.
The Winnipeg Police Service is requesting the public’s assistance in locating 19-year-old Omar Al Ziab. Ziab was last seen in the St. Vital area during the evening of Saturday, April 4, 2020.
Ziab is described as Middle Eastern, 5’3″ in height, average build, short black hair with a thin black beard. He was last seen wearing a black hoody, dark pants, white runners and carrying a dark grey backpack. Ziab may be utilizing crutches.
The Winnipeg Police Service is concerned for Ziabs wellbeing and is asking anyone with information regarding his whereabouts to contact the Winnipeg Police Service Missing Persons Unit at 204-986-6250 or Crimestoppers.
