Winnipeg police reported on July 4, 2020 that Noy was located deceased.
The Winnipeg Police Service is requesting the publics assistance in locating a missing 36-year-old female, Noy Bounvongxay. She was last seen in the early hours of July 2, 2020, in the Southdale area of Winnipeg.
Noy is described as being 54 in height with a slim build and long brown hair with bangs.
The Winnipeg Police Service is concerned for Noys well-being and are asking anyone with information regarding her whereabouts to contact the Missing Persons Unit at 204-986-6250.
