Winnipeg Police reported on March 6, 2020 that Noreen Osborne has been safely located
The Winnipeg Police Service is requesting the public’s assistance in locating 17-year-old Noreen Osborne. Osborne was last seen January 21 in the North End area of Winnipeg.
Osborne is described as an Indigenous female, 17 years, 5’6″ with an average build. She was last seen wearing a Red Jacket, Black pants and black runners.
The Winnipeg Police Service is concerned for Osborne’s wellbeing and is asking anyone with information regarding her whereabouts to contact the Winnipeg Police Service Missing Persons Unit at 204-986-6250 or Crimestoppers.
