RCMP report on Friday April 19, 2019 that Noreen has been safely located
Police are seeking the public’s assistance in locating 16-year-old Noreen Kyla Osborne. Noreen was last seen on February 28, 2019, in the Steinbach area.
Noreen is described as 5′ 6″, 133 lbs, brown eyes and long hair (colour may vary). It is believed that Noreen is in the Winnipeg area.
